Arik Levy magically allows us to see both simultaneously with his latest creation the Forest barstool. Resembling a tree in winter, the symmetrical circular base of vertical rods represents the trunk. Short footrests placed horizontally at different levels brings to mind the trees glistening branches. the barstool consists of a chrome base with a seat that swivels 360 degrees. The 1 1/4" thick seat top is available in solid walnut, maple sealed or other standard finishes. Forest may also be upholstered. Available at: www.bernhardtdesign.com |

| SOFTSEATING designed by: molodesign |
| The inspiration for softseating comes from a desire for flexible and spontaneous space making. softseating’s magnetic ends allow it to connect to itself forming a cylindrical stool or low table. Elements of the same size can also connect to one another to form long winding benches, providing endless seating topographies. Made from a single material, the beauty of these pieces sits between the representative and the abstract, creatively interchanging with one another. Designed for long term use, over time the surface texture of softseating’s paper edges soften into a pleasing natural patina.. available at: molodesign.com |
